The Joslin Field – Magic Valley Regional Airport hereby announces its FY 2026-2028 Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Race-Neutral goal of 1.0%. The proposed goal and rationale are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Magic Valley Regional Airport office, 492 Airport Loop, Twin Falls, ID for 30 days from the date of this publication. 

A teleconference will be held at 9:00 AM MDT on September 17, 2025 for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relative to the goal-setting process. The telephone number for this teleconference is 1-929-229-5346 and the participant code is 638 739 532#.
